SIG Symposia and Postgraduate Workshop Submissions

Submissions are open for TSANZ SIG Symposia and TSANZ Postgraduate Workshops, this is your opportunity to contribue to a fantastic scientific program by running an educational workshop prior to the Annual Scientific Meeting or submitting a Special Interest Group Symposia to be a part of the main program.

Submissions should be submitted via the relevant portal below. The closing date is 24 July 2025.

SIG Symposia Submissions

• Submissions are open to TSANZ Members only
• SIG Symposia submissions require approval from SIG Convenors
• Programs must meet the TSANZ diversity and inclusion criteria
• SIG Symposia Form

Postgraduate Workshop EOIs 

• Submissions are open to TSANZ Members only
• All workshops will take place on Friday 27 March 2026 (half or full day)
• Programs must meet the TSANZ diversity and inclusion criteria
• Postgraduate Workshop Form

Please note, if you are suggesting an international speaker for your symposia or workshop the organisers need as much time as possible to seek funding support to enable the speaker's attendance. We encourage you to submit as soon as possible and please also email the meeting inbox, tsanzsrs@theconferencecompany.com, with details on your speaker (name, organisation, topic expertise).
